Terms of Service
Last updated · 17 June 2026
These terms govern your use of this website (the "Site"), which is operated by Workflou Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17212332, with registered office at 14 Graveleythorpe Road, Leeds LS15 7EH, United Kingdom. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
Paid engagements with Workflou are governed by a separate, written engagement letter, statement of work, or master services agreement (each, an "Engagement") agreed with the client before work begins. To the extent the terms of an Engagement conflict with this page, the Engagement prevails.
1. Services
Workflou is a UK AI workflow consultancy. The pricing on this Site is indicative only. Actual scope, deliverables, fees, timing, and acceptance criteria for any project are agreed in writing per Engagement.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaches applicable UK law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is hosted, or any related system;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other harmful material;
- scrape, frame, or otherwise reproduce material from the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by browser caching and accessibility tooling.
3. Content and intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, software and Workflou marks, is owned by Workflou Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual-property law. You may view and download pages for your personal, non-commercial reference. All other rights are reserved.
Under any Engagement, ownership of deliverables produced specifically for the client transfers to the client on full payment of the applicable fees. Workflou retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, methodologies, frameworks and reusable components, and grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use those components as embedded in the deliverables.
4. Confidentiality
Information shared during a discovery call, audit or implementation is treated as confidential. We will not disclose client confidential information to third parties except where required by law or with the client's prior written consent. Reciprocal confidentiality applies — clients should not disclose Workflou's commercial-in-confidence information (such as pricing, proposals, or methodology documents) outside their organisation.
5. Data protection
Our processing of personal data submitted via the Site is described in our Privacy Policy. Where Workflou processes personal data on a client's behalf during an Engagement, the parties will enter into a data processing agreement that meets the requirements of UK GDPR Article 28.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workflou excludes all conditions, warranties, representations and other terms which might otherwise apply to the Site or any content on it. Information on the Site is provided for general guidance and is not a substitute for tailored professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud.
Subject to the paragraph above, Workflou's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or any use of the Site (whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise) is limited to £100. Workflou's liability under any Engagement is set out in that Engagement and is typically capped at the fees paid under it in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Workflou is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill or wasted management time, however arising.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Workflou against any claim arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
9. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site at any time without notice. We are not liable to you if the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Changes apply to use of the Site from the date of update.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
